Mindfulness & Stress: 

Wed 14th July 10.30am - 1.30pm 

We look at how we are experiencing stress and anxiety in our day to day lives and explore how mindfulness can help us regain some control over habitual reactiveness by developing a calmer, aware response to life.
Fee £40 including refreshments.

Mindfulness & pain: Thursday 1st June 2017

Mindfulness meditation can make an enormous difference to how we experience and relate to pain and suffering. We look at how we can learn to work with our pain in a positive way and help deal with the secondary discomfort caused by fear and anxiety. By finding a return to balance we learn to live life to the best of our ability in spite of pain and difficulties.
